**TO THOSE WHO RECENTLY FILLED OUT A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR SPRING 2025, YES, we do still need you to fill out a new one if you're receiving this email. There is a NEW annual bg check requirement which forced us to clear out any checks done 6/30/25 and older so we can start fresh.
The Fall 2025 soccer session is upon us and we have information from registration that you're interested in either a head coach, assistant coach, or team manager volunteer position with Seasons Soccer Club, so background checks and subsequent screenings are required.
SPECIAL NOTE: Please be sure to choose NWISL - Seasons SC when filling out the form so we are able to see the results.
***NOTE: we must request each of your submissions be screened so submitting it does NOT yet mean you're eligible. The process is: you submit your background check, we request they be screened, then SAY Soccer screens them and we see the results on our end. Once a BG check comes back as Eligible in our portal, you're good to go!
***It's very important for the safety of the club and the children and families we're serving that ALL VOLUNTEERS/ANYONE WORKING WITH THE KIDS are officially registered in our system and have completed a background check that has returned as Eligible. If you're intending to have anyone else assist who hasn't registered yet, please reply to this email ASAP with their contact information so we can get them set up properly and ready to go for this session.
